I was sending a message back to a wonderful woman and friend this morning and as I was typing, and thinking and typing my thoughts out, I thought I would share this part:
“I feel that we as people should not assume that people know they are great or assume that they know how and who’s lives they have touched, but it is important to send out those thoughts whenever we can to people who have impacted our lives in whatever way big or small; every positive connection is just as important as the next. I also believe we can add more happiness to people’s lives when we show them personally how much they are appreciated and thought about and understood and that we witness their positive ways, without needing a response. The positive emotions we evoke everyday affects anyone we come in contact with directly or indirectly through someone else we have affected. I’m at a very positive place in my life and I want to make sure I share that energy with others around me and those that need it, to add to their pot of love. Everyone needs a refill at different points in their lives, most points we would not be aware of, so if we continue the cycle no one will be without.”
